The environmental footprint left by our production processes plays a critical role in the fight against climate change. For this reason, we combine alternative energy sources with modern recycling methods, reducing both raw material consumption and waste generation. Our wide-ranging environmental protection measures together with our Total Quality Management system form a comprehensive and sustainable concept. From raw materials to the final product, Cevizgolu adheres to high standards of quality and environmental responsibility throughout every phase of production.
Our sustainable practices in the area of energy and material efficiency are reflected in our operations. The heating needs of our facility are fully covered through the recovery of wood waste and sawdust generated during production. Since no fossil fuels are used, no additional CO₂ emissions are produced in this area. Our exemplary waste management concept also includes the systematic recycling of materials and ongoing training of our employees.
Environmental Protection Through Innovation
Environmental responsibility is one of Cevizgolu’s core values. Accordingly, we follow an energy policy that is independent of fossil fuels. From the beginning, we have heated our entire facility using waste wood from our production processes. Thanks to our efficient heat recovery system, we are also able to reuse nearly 80 percent of the waste heat generated.
In line with our commitment to continuous improvement, we have also restructured our paint shop with environmentally conscious solutions. Regenerable filter systems, recycled cleaning agents, and high-quality water-based paints all contribute to production with minimal environmental impact.
